The Water/Waste Water Superintendent shall be appointed by the Mayor, confirmed by the Village Council and will serve for a term of one year and will be appointed on an annual basis. He shall be responsible for the general operation, maintenance, and care of the village sewage and water treatment plants, and shall perform all other lawful duties as prescribed by the Mayor, the Village Council, and or the Village Administrator.
