(A) The bulletin boards at the southwest corner of Coral and Congress Avenues, the Town Hall, the Post Office, the community bulletin board in the village square, the police station, and Chester Road in the area of St. Edmund's Place are declared to be the six most public places in the village for publication of ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices, and reports.
(B) All ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports now and hereafter requiring publication shall be published by posting copies thereof at these six places, unless otherwise required by law or directed by Council.
