Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate a provision of this ordinance or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, may be prosecuted within the limits provided by Ordinance or State Statue. Each day the violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense and is deemed in violation of an offense and is punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code.
