A. Mobile Food Vendors shall only operate between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. (Midnight).
1. Hours of operation for Special Events may be limited when approved in residential or other restricted areas.
B. Selling or serving of liquor or alcoholic beverages, including beer and wine, from food trucks/food carts shall be prohibited at all times.
C. Mobile Food Vendors shall comply with all applicable Village of Glen Carbon Parking Regulations.
D. A signed Restroom Agreement with approved toilet and handwashing facilities if the vendor intends to remain in the same location more than two (2) hours.
1. Employees must have access to approved restroom facilities within 200 feet of the unit.
2. Fully functional restroom facilities must be easily accessible to the food handlers and be supplied with hot water, soap and towel dispensers. (Ord. 2020-6, 5-26-2020)
