3-8-3: HEALTH DEPARTMENT PERMIT REQUIRED:

A. Any Mobile Food Vendor operating in the Village of Glen Carbon shall be properly permitted by the Madison County Health Department.

B. All food trucks shall be subject to the State of Illinois and Madison County Health Codes and all rules and regulations promulgated by the applicable Health Commissioner. (Ord. 2020-6, 5-26-2020)
