A. Notice Of Violation; Correction Required: All violations shall be corrected within forty eight (48) hours of the issuance of a written notice to correct. All persons failing to comply with such notice shall be deemed in violation of this chapter.
B. Violations; Use Of Guarantee: In the event of a violation of the performance guarantee, proceeds shall be used by the village to complete the planned sediment and erosion control practices.
C. Penalty: Any person violating any provision of these regulations and found guilty of such violation shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for all violations adjudicated in circuit court. (Ord. 2015-19, 4-14-2015)
