Upon approval of the required erosion control plan and the issuance of a grading permit, the designated official shall require the developer to post an escrow agreement, lender's agreement, or certified check in the amount of all work to be done under the erosion control plan. Ninety percent (90%) of the funds will be released after all erosion control measures are in place and approved by the designated official. Ten percent (10%) will be held until the public improvements are accepted by the village to ensure that the erosion control measures are maintained. If there are no public improvements (site plans), the final ten percent (10%) will be held until release by the designated official. (Ord. 2015-19, 4-14-2015)
