Any person, firm, corporation, or business proposing to change existing grades by adding, removing, or relocating any dirt within the Village shall first apply to the designated official for approval of required erosion control plans and issuance of a grading permit as specified in this chapter. The fees for the permit shall be in an amount as shown in the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code. (Ord. 2015-19, 4-14-2015; amd. Ord. 2021-23, 7-27-2021)
