   K.   No Guarantee: The developer, the developer's engineer and the village of Glen Carbon do not guarantee the suitability of any lot for any particular style of residence.
   L.   Pins At Lot Corners: Iron pins have been set at all lot corners, unless otherwise noted.
   M.   Lot Numbers: The lot numbers herein may not correspond with the mailing address assigned by the Madison County 9-1-1 coordinator.
   N.   Sidewalks: Within forty eight (48) months of acceptance of infrastructure improvements by the village of Glen Carbon, the owners of lots shown hereon shall commence installation of sidewalk(s) in accordance with the specifications of subdivision regulations of the village of Glen Carbon, and shall complete such installation within twelve (12) months thereafter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, sidewalks shall be completed on lots upon which homes are constructed prior to issuance of an occupancy permit or within twelve (12) months after commencement of such construction, whichever date is earlier. Nothing contained herein shall relieve property owners of obligations imposed by the covenants and restrictions applicable to this subdivision.
