11-3-2: MINOR SUBDIVISION 1 :
If a preliminary plat constitutes a minor subdivision, the building and zoning administrator shall review the plat, approve it, disapprove it or conditionally approve it within thirty (30) days from the date of submission of a complete application and plat. Subsequent to an approval or conditional approval by the building and zoning administrator, the applicant may proceed directly to the filing of an application for approval of a final plat as provided in these regulations. If the preliminary plat of a minor subdivision is disapproved by the building and zoning administrator, the applicant may appeal to the board of trustees as provided in subsection 11-3-4F of this chapter. The applicant shall have one year from the date that the preliminary plat is approved by the building and zoning administrator (or board of trustees upon appeal) to submit a final plat, after which time a new preliminary plat must be submitted for approval.
