The board of trustees is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve and disapprove applications for the subdivision of land, including preliminary and final plats. The board of trustees may grant variances, exceptions, and waivers of conditions from these regulations pursuant to the provisions of section 11-1-11 of this chapter. (Ord. 2012-11, 3-13-2012)
