A. Code Adopted: The "village of Glen Carbon rental property maintenance and occupancy code", a copy of which is attached to ordinance 2013-31, marked exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference and made an integral part hereof, is hereby adopted in its entirety as the official "village of Glen Carbon rental property maintenance and occupancy code" of the village. Three (3) copies of the village of Glen Carbon rental property maintenance and occupancy code adopted herein are on file in the office of the village clerk for public use and inspection.
