9-2-4: PENALTY:
Any and all persons violating the mandates of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate offense. (Ord. 92-29, 10-27-1992; amd. 2001 Code)
