A. That certain documents, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the village clerk of the village of Glen Carbon being marked and designated as international mechanical code, 2003 edition, including all appendix chapters, as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the mechanical code of the village of Glen Carbon in the state of Illinois regulating and governing the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of mechanical systems as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefor; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such international mechanical code, 2003 edition, published by the International Code Council on file in the office of the village clerk of the village of Glen Carbon are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as fully set out in this section, with additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any, prescribed in subsection B of this section.
B. The following sections are hereby revised:
Section 101.1: Village of Glen Carbon.
Section 106.5.2: Delete.
Section 106.5.3: Delete.
Section 108.4: General penalty, seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), six (6) months.
Section 108.5: Seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).
