   B.   Additional Fees: The following fees shall be charged for the particular services described:
      1.   Construction work relating to residential buildings:
         a.   For service with regard to electrical wiring at forty five dollars ($45.00) per family living unit per one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) market value.
         b.   For services with regard to plumbing and sanitation at forty five dollars ($45.00) per family living unit per one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) market value.
         c.   Accessory or out buildings (excluding garages), thirty dollars ($30.00).
      2.   Construction work relating to commercial and industrial buildings:
         a.   For services with regard to electrical wiring at one percent (1%) of the cost of all labor and materials relating to the construction and installation of electrical wiring and fixtures.
         b.   For services with regard to plumbing and sanitation at one percent (1%) of the cost of all labor and materials relating to the construction and installation of plumbing and sanitation facilities and fixtures.
      3.   Set fee schedule:
         a.   Extension of permit beyond the six (6) month commencement period, five dollars ($5.00) per extension.
         b.   Providing a duplicate permit card, no charge.
         c.   Processing charge for returned permits, twenty five dollars ($25.00) per permit.
         d.   Sign permits, eighty dollars ($80.00); banner permits, forty dollars ($40.00).
         e.   Fence permits, thirty dollars ($30.00).
         f.   New electrical service installation not included in building plan drawings, forty five dollars ($45.00). (Ord. 2014-6, 2-11-2014)
