Granite City sewer use ordinance 3819 is incorporated as a part of this chapter by reference. Granite City and Glen Carbon have signed "An Intergovernmental Agreement Providing for the Granite City Regional Sewerage System" through which Granite City agrees to provide Glen Carbon wastewater treatment and administer an industrial pretreatment program. The Granite City industrial pretreatment program regulations shall be in effect within the village as outlined in the intergovernmental agreement. (Ord. 87-33A, 10-20-1987)
