The village shall neither install, maintain nor repair any plumbing extending beyond the village's service connection. The village may inspect and advise upon request as to needed repairs, changes or additions to the numerous pipes and plumbing fixtures. The village in no way accepts any liability or responsibility for any damage to any consumer's pipes or plumbing fixtures for any reason whatsoever. (Ord. 77-02, 3-15-1977)
