The village expressly stipulates that it does not guarantee or ensure any specific amount or pressure in the water system and cannot be responsible or liable in any manner for any loss or damage resulting from inadequate water supply or pressure. The village, however, will endeavor to maintain service so far as is reasonably possible under the circumstances then and there existing. (Ord. 77-02, 3-15-1977)
