7-4-6: PENALTY:

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this Chapter shall be punishable as shown in the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code. (Ord. 92-18, 6-23-1992; amd. 2001 Code; Ord. 2013-22, 7-9-2013; amd. Ord. 2021-23, 7-27-2021)
