A. Permit Required; Term: Any persons or group of persons can apply to the village for a special use of the bike trail not authorized, permitted or otherwise provided for under this chapter. Special use permits will be limited to a maximum usage period of thirty (30) days.
B. Application For Permit; Approval Or Disapproval: Special use requests shall be submitted, in writing, and filed with the village clerk. All such requests will be reviewed by the village board of trustees who will either approve or reject the special use. (Ord. 91-65, 11-12-1991)
