A. Environmental Preservation Required: The natural setting, habitat and heritage of the trail park areas shall be preserved to the maximum extent possible.
B. Prohibited And Restricted Activities:
1. Littering: Littering or disposing of any type of material, except in designated receptacles, in the trail park area is prohibited.
2. Hunting; Discharge Of Weapons: No persons may hunt, trap, or discharge any type of firearms, including, but not limited to, air or BB guns, bows and arrows, crossbows, slingshots, throwing knives and the like, in the trail park.
3. Removal Of Property:
a. No persons may remove, alter, deface or obscure any manmade improvements or signage in the trail park.
b. No persons may remove any animal or alter any trees, vegetation, rocks, dirt or any other natural material in the trail park except under direct supervision of an authorized village employee.
4. Improvements And Alterations: Any physical improvement or alterations to the trail park must be approved by the village board of trustees.
5. Fires, Fireworks And Explosives: There shall be no open fires, any type of fireworks or explosive devices except as approved in advance by the village board of trustees. (Ord. 91-65, 11-12-1991)
