7-3-6: REGULATIONS ON BICYCLE ROUTES:
   A.   Application Of Traffic Laws: Every person operating a bicycle or acting as a pedestrian upon a public way shall follow all applicable traffic laws of the state and the village.
   B.   Ride To Right: Every person operating a bicycle upon a roadway shall ride as near to the right side of the roadway as practical, exercising due care when passing a standing vehicle or one proceeding in the same direction.
   C.   Use Of Bikeways: Whenever a usable portion of the right of way adjacent to the roadway has been set aside as a bikeway, bicycle users shall utilize such bikeway and shall not use the vehicle roadway.
   D.   Parking Restrictions: No person shall park a bicycle upon a roadway or sidewalk in a manner that will obstruct the roadway, sidewalk or other users or the right of way. (Ord. 91-65, 11-12-1991)
