7-3-4: SIGNS AND SIGNALS:
   A.   Purpose: The signage designated on the sign layout in appendix B, which appendix B is attached to ordinance 91-65 on file in the office of the village clerk, is established to control and direct the public use of the right of way and municipal land incorporated under this chapter.
   B.   Obedience To Signs And Signals:
      1.   Generally: Any person driving a bicycle or acting as a pedestrian shall obey the instructions of all official signs, markings and traffic signals, unless otherwise directed by a police officer.
      2.   Bicycles: No person shall drive a bicycle on a public way or municipal property on which signs have been erected prohibiting such use.
   C.   Hand Signals Required: Any person driving a bicycle is responsible for making proper traffic hand signals. (Ord. 91-65, 11-12-1991)
