7-2-9: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person convicted of violating any provision or section of this chapter shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each occurrence. Each separate day a violation occurs shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2018-19, 6-26-2018; amd. Ord. 2019-46, 11-12-2019)
