A. Permit Required: Any person or group of persons wishing to use a lighted athletic field for recreational use shall first apply to the public works director and obtain permission from the village board of trustees.
B. Authority To Operate Lighting System: Only persons designated by the public works director shall be given keys or the means to operate a facility lighting system. These persons shall be responsible for securing any electrical control panel or building which may be used for such lighting operations and should be aware of the lighting schedule set out in subsection C of this section. C. Schedule Of Lighted Activities: The following schedule shall apply at the location and during the following times that such lighted activities will be allowed:
