6-2-5: GENERAL, EMERGENCY AND EXPERIMENTAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:

The chief of police is hereby empowered to make regulations necessary to make and enforce temporary or experimental regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions. No such temporary or experimental regulation shall remain in effect for more than ninety (90) days. (Ord. 469, 1-2-1972; amd. 2001 Code)
