5-4-3: PENALTY:

Any person, business or corporation violating any provision of this Chapter shall be fined in the amount as shown in the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed each and every time Police Officers of the Village respond to a false alarm made unlawful by this chapter.
