It shall be unlawful for any person, business or corporation residing or doing business in the village, and having on his or its premises a burglar alarm, to permit or allow the transmission of a false alarm if the burglar alarm in question has transmitted three (3) or more false alarms within the immediately preceding thirty (30) days.
