4-7-7: PROCEEDS FROM IMPOUNDMENT AND DISPOSAL:

Any proceeds from the disposal of any abandoned, hazardous or dilapidated vehicle, after the deduction of towing, storage, and processing charges, shall be deposited in the Village General Revenue Fund. (Ord. 98-31, 9-8-1998; amd. Ord. 2008-7, 2-26-2008)
