A. Abandoned Vehicles: It shall be unlawful to maintain, permit or allow any abandoned vehicle, or any part thereof, on any highway, street, municipal property or private property for a period of seven (7) consecutive days or more, unless such vehicle is housed or garaged in a permanent structure, garage, carriage house, or similar building.
B. Hazardous Vehicles: It shall be unlawful to permit or allow any hazardous dilapidated vehicle or any part thereof on any highway, street, municipal property or private property. Any vehicle determined to be a hazardous dilapidated motor vehicle, as defined, shall be subject to immediate removal at the direction of the chief of police or his designee.
