4-6-4: PENALTY:

Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense and fined not less than the amount as shown In the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code per offense. (Ord. 2006-20, 5-9-2006; amd. Ord. 2021-23, 7-27-2021)
