4-5-3: PENALTY:

Any person convicted of violating any provision or Section of this Chapter shall be punished by a fine in the amount as shown in the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code per each offense. (Ord. 2018-19, 6-26-2018; amd. Ord. 2019-46, 11-12-2019; Ord. 2021-23, 7-27-2021)
