A. Tampering With Containers Or Contents: It shall be unlawful for any person to molest, remove, handle or otherwise disturb the containers, or contents, which have been placed on or adjacent to the village property or right of way for servicing by the contractor; provided, that this subsection does not apply to the owner, occupant, lessee or tenant of the residence or dwelling so placing the container and contents.
B. Windblown Deposits: Refuse shall not be placed so that it can be moved about or scattered by the wind or elements.
C. Combustible Conditions: No person shall place in any container or dump any material on any private property which may be likely to take fire, be set afire or cause a fire.
D. Unlawful Disposal: No person shall dump any garbage, refuse, ashes or other waste material of any description on public property. All such material shall be deposited at an approved or licensed landfill. (Ord. 89-62, 11-21-1989)
