A. Vegetative Overgrowth; Nuisance Declared: Vegetative overgrowth, including but not limited to uncultivated bushes, flora, flowers, greenery, herbage, herbs, plant materials, shrubs, vegetables, vines, undergrowth, verdure, and other plant materials including, but not limited to, their clippings, branches, fruit, and/or fallen leaves is hereby declared a nuisance.
B. Duty To Abate Vegetative Overgrowth: No owner shall allow, permit, or maintain on any such lot, or part of same, including an adjacent right-of-way, plant and vegetative overgrowth, including but not limited to uncultivated bushes, flora, flowers, greenery, herbage, herbs, plant materials, shrubs, vegetables, vines, undergrowth, verdure, and other plant materials including, but not limited to, their clippings, branches, fruit, and/or fallen leaves.
