A. Noxious Weeds; Nuisance Declared: Noxious weeds, regardless of height, as defined by 505 Illinois Compiled Statutes 100/1, Illinois Noxious Weed Law, most recently amended, is hereby declared a nuisance.
B. Duty To Abate Noxious Weeds: No owner shall allow, permit, or maintain on any such lot, or part of same, including an adjacent right-of-way, the growth of noxious weeds, as defined by 505 Illinois Compiled Statutes 100/1, Illinois Noxious Weed Law, most recently amended, regardless of height.
