A. Grass, Weeds, And Weed Trees; Nuisance Declared: Grass, weeds, and weed trees in excess of eight inches (8") (25.4 mm) in height is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
B. Duty To Cut Grass, Weeds, And Weed Trees: No owner shall allow, permit, or maintain on any such lot, or part of same, including an adjacent right-of-way, any growth of grass, weeds, and/or weed trees in excess of eight inches (8") (25.4 mm) at any time, but shall cut and remove the same from such lot or part of lot. Stumps, when present, shall be removed below the surface of the ground so that the top of the stump shall not project above the surface of the ground. (Ord. 2022-4, 3-8-2022)
