3-7-8: BUSINESS PREMISES:

It shall be unlawful for a precious metal purchaser to engage in business in the village of Glen Carbon, Illinois, unless he owns or leases the premises upon which he is conducting business, provided that any such lease not be for a term of less than ninety (90) days. (Ord. 2012-31, 8-28-2012)
