The President shall make the appointments by and with the consent of the Village Board of Trustees at the first regular meeting following the election of a President, or as soon thereafter as practicable for the appointment of officers for the Village, with compensation to be determined and approved by the Board of Trustees. Officers appointed and approved shall serve for the remainder of the term of the President or until their successor is appointed by the President and approved by the Board of Trustees, whichever shall first occur. Those appointed positions are as follows:
Building and Zoning Administrator.
Chief of Police.
Director of Finance.
Public Works Director.
Treasurer.
Village Administrative Adjudication Officer.
Village Administrator.
