3-3-12: PENALTY:

Any person, organization, society, partnership, association or corporation who violates any provisions of this chapter or shall fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof shall be punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 83-06, 4-19-1983; amd. 2001 Code)
