3-2-23: APPLICABILITY TO EXISTING LICENSES:
This chapter shall apply to existing licenses immediately upon its passage and approval according to law; except, that the license fees set forth in section 3-2-9 of this chapter shall become effective for existing licenses upon the renewal date for issuance of said license. (Ord. 2000-27, 8-8-2000)
