A. The annual liquor licenses currently issued by the Liquor Commissioner of the Village fo Glen Carbon, Illinois, due to expire July 1, 2020, shall be and are hereby extended so as to be valid through December 31, 2020 and to expire on January 1, 2021.
B. Thereafter, the privileges granted by the Liquor Commissioner of the Village of Glen Carbon to liquor license holders shall be for a period that commences on January 1 through December 31 of each calendar year. Should a liquor license be issued during the calendar year or should a liquor license be surrendered, revoked or suspended for any portion of a calendar year, there shall be no pro-rating of the fee paid or payable to the Village of Glen Carbon for that calendar year.
