3-1-13: ENFORCEMENT OF OTHER ORDINANCES; DISCLAIMER:

Any business issued a registration must still comply with all other village ordinances and codes. By issuing a registration the village has not waived the full enforcement of any other ordinances nor is the possession of a valid registration a defense of any violation. (Ord. 2007-24, 12-11-2007)
