3-1-12: PENALTY:

Any business in violation of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of an offense and is punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of the Village Code. A separate offense with a separate fine may be imposed for each and every day a violation of any section or provision of this Code is found to exist. (Ord. 2007-24, 12-11-2007; amd.
