A. Election; Powers And Duties: The board of trustees consists of six (6) members who shall be elected to office for a four (4) year term according to the method provided by statute. The board of trustees shall perform such duties and have such powers as provided by Illinois law. (2001 Code)
B. Compensation:
1. Effective May 1, 2013, the salary of the newly elected trustees shall be three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month.
2. The trustees shall receive reimbursement for any reasonable actual expenses incurred by said officer in the performance of his or her duties. (Ord. 2012-43, 10-23-2012)
