A. Businesses must be registered during the month of January every year.
B. Registrations are effective for one year, beginning January 1 and terminating December 31 of each year.
C. The Building and Zoning Administrator shall notify all registered businesses of registration expiration during the month of November. However, it is the obligation of each business to renew its registration and failure to receive an expiration notification is not a defense for operating without a registration.
D. The Building and Zoning Administrator shall issue a Certificate of Registration for each registered business. This certificate shall be posted in a prominent visible location in each business at all times. (Ord. 2007-24, 12-11-2007; amd. Ord. 2021-23, 7-27-2021)
