3-1-3: FILING:

All registrations shall be submitted by January 31 of each year to the Building and Zoning Administrator. Businesses failing to register by this date shall be assessed a late filing penalty in an amount shown in the Schedule of Fees found in Section 1-16-1 of the Village Code.
