3-1-1: DEFINITIONS:

For the purpose of this chapter the terms defined in this section have the meanings given them:

BUSINESS: Any business operated by a sole proprietor, partnership, corporation or organization within the village of Glen Carbon.

OWNERS: Any sole proprietor, partners, corporation or organization.

VILLAGE: Village of Glen Carbon, Madison County, Illinois. (Ord. 2007-24, 12-11-2007)
