The duties of the "committee" shall be as follows:
A. Give advice and make suggestions to the village board regarding the development of a cool cities program;
B. Talk to the village administrator, village department heads, and interested members of the community, including civic organizations, local businesses, schools and other agencies and organizations to gather information and ideas for the development of a cool cities program;
C. Meet on a monthly basis, or as needed with proper notice, at a time and place to be determined by the committee;
D. Take other appropriate and reasonable actions as directed by the village board to make cool cities a successful program. (Ord. 2011-19, 7-12-2011)
