2-3-13: APPROPRIATION; LEVY OF TAXES:

The village president may make an appropriation for emergency services and disaster agency purposes in the manner provided by law, and may levy in addition, for emergency services and disaster agency purposes only, in the manner provided by law. (Ord. 76-03, 2-17-1976; amd. 2001 Code)
