2-1-2: TERM OF OFFICE; VACANCIES:
The term of office for each of the nine (9) appointed citizen members shall be for a period of five (5) years. Vacancies shall be filled by appointments for unexpired terms only. (Ord. 78-21, 11-7-1978)
